SIC (US 1987) : If a customer wants to pick out their hanging basket before its warm enough to put it outside, we will keep it for them in our green house until the weather warrants putting them outside. We continue to nurture their plants till they pick them up.
We call all of our regular customer each spring to remind them what they ordered last year and help them to select their order for the coming year. Everyone seems to really appreciate this service.
